Kinkpin follows a stringent and uncompromised hygiene-centric approach while ascertaining refund against exchange or return of intimate apparels and personal products. As you claim a refund against return of the product, we believe that it hasn’t been worn, washed and soiled. However, our in-house quality team makes all the returned goods go through a specified quality check to arrive on the conclusion and holds complete right to refuse the refund against return of the product that doesn’t meet the laid quality criterions.
As per Kinkpin’s Return Policy, there are no special catches, except for sending the items in their original unopened packaging, unwashed, unused and absolutely hygienic. The user has to ensure that the merchandise is in the same condition with all original tags and boxes in tow, to return the order.
In the unlikely event of damaged/defective or product not as per your liking, you can easily raise a return request by calling our helpline number 07533005900 or raise the same online by logging into www.Kinkpin.in. While raising a return request, we would appreciate if we are made aware of the unfortunate reason for return to help us improve our services in future. Please make sure you always mention the concerned order number against the return and make note of the reference number you will receive after placing the request for return online or through customer support. This return reference number is crucial to be quoted in all future correspondences with Kinkpin related to the return.
In case, you are not fully satisfied with your purchased products; you’re allowed to return the order to the warehouse and demand for a full refund. At Kinkpin, we make sure that shopping from us remains a pleasant memory in your head. This is why; we have explained our return policy in a well-comprehensive manner.
You may easily contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of receipt of the product and request a replacement /exchange accordingly. If the team agrees to process the replacement, then you are requested to send the product in its original packaging with the invoice.
Stating the mode of return, you can be requested to send us the products via courier to below mentioned address along with the original documents and packaging to get a replacement or exchange (whichever possible).

As soon as your return shipment is received at our end, it is further sent for inspection and checking by our in-house quality experts against the laid return criteria. Kinkpin will initiate the refund into your account only after receiving a “No-Objection” sign from the quality team stating that the case is fit for refund.
The value of refund is calculated after deducting any discount voucher or credit coupons from the original price of the product. Also, if you have availed any of the personal products in a combo or a twin product offer, then any claim for return against a single item (not in a pack) will be deemed invalid.
